We look after your plants, so you don't have to. Once we're done, you get a WhatsApp update with your wallet balance.

Flexible SchedulingYou can choose a weekly, fortnightly or custom visit frequency based on your needs.
Care Hours UsageEvery hour of service will use 1 care hour. You get a grace period of 15 minutes.
Bookings & CancellationsPlease book your visit at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling are not allowed within 24 hours of the scheduled visit.
No Carry ForwardUnused care hours will not be carried forward beyond the validity period.

Complimentary InclusionsEach plan includes complimentary compost and DAP fertilizer; Green Beginner: 4 kg compost, 4 packets of DAP fertilizer, Green Pro: 12 kg compost, 12 packets of DAP fertilizer, Green Expert: 24 kg compost, 24 packets of DAP fertilizer.
Additional ChargesAny additional fertilisers, plant care materials and other consumables beyond what is included as complimentary will be charged separately as required.
Questions
Do you only care for plants bought from you?
No. We care for all your plants, whether or not you bought them from us.
Is this a subscription?
Yes. Each plan is a long-term care plan for all your plants, valid for 2, 6 or 13 months. You pay once for your care hours, then book visits whenever you like, weekly, fortnightly or on your own schedule.
What is a care hour?
1 care hour is 1 hour of a gardener's time at your home. You get a grace period of 15 minutes, so a visit that runs up to 15 minutes over still uses just 1 care hour. A balcony of about 10 plants usually takes around 1 hour, so Green Beginner's 4 care hours cover about four such visits.
What exactly do I pay?
One payment: the total on your plan. For Green Pro, that is 13 hours × ₹429 = ₹5,577. Compost and DAP fertiliser are complimentary with every plan. Any additional fertilisers, plant care materials or other consumables beyond that are charged separately, and only as required.
Can I reschedule, or carry hours forward?
Please book your visit at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling are not allowed within 24 hours of the scheduled visit. Unused care hours are not carried forward beyond your plan's validity (2, 6 or 13 months), so pick the plan that fits how often you want visits.
How long will my balcony take?
About 1 hour for 10 plants. Bigger or very overgrown spaces take longer. Send a photo on WhatsApp and we will estimate.
What if my plant still struggles?
We tell you honestly what is wrong and what it needs. We can't promise miracles, but you won't be left guessing.
